Country Life is near Bel Air, just off Business US Route 1, and approximately 5 miles west of Interstate 95.

From Baltimore to Country Life
  • I-95 north to Fallston Exit
  • Go left (west) on Mountain Road
  • Bear right at light onto Old Joppa Road
  • Three entrances to CLF (in order on right)
    1. For Horse delivery only
    2. Stud barn area
    3. Office area

  • Take Fallston Exit (if from north, will turn right after exit ramp; if from south, will turn left after exit ramp)
  • Go west on Mountain Road
  • Bear right at light onto Old Joppa Road

    3. Office area

  1. Just south of junction of Rte. One and Business One, turn east (right if from south, left if from north) onto Whitaker Mill Road.
  2. Continue to Old Joppa and turn left onto Old Joppa
  3. Three entrances to CLF (in order on right)
    1. For Horse delivery only
    2. Stud barn area
    3. Office area

From Baltimore to Merryland Farm
  • I-695 (Baltimore Beltway), take Exit 29A, Cromwell Bridge Road
  • Follow Cromwell Bridge Road east for 2.7 miles, over bridge--road turns into Glen Arm Rd.
  • Continue on Glen Arm Rd. approximately 3.5 miles through 4-way stop, go another mile to Williams Rd.
  • Turn left on Williams Rd.
  • Then take 1st right on Bottom Road
  • Continue .25 miles to Country Life Nursery at Merryland Farm.
  • Use 2nd entrance and follow road around the racetrack.

  1. Exit 74, Joppatowne/Fallston, Route 152, west toward Fallston.
  2. On Rt. 152 towards Fallston – go approx. 4 miles to red light at Harford Rd. (Rt. 147).
  3. Turn left onto Harford Rd. and go 4 miles to Glen Arm Rd.
  4. Turn right onto Glen Arm Rd. and go 7/10 mile to Williams Rd.
  5. Turn right onto Williams Rd. for 3/10 mile to 1st right on Bottom Rd.
  6. Turn right onto Bottom Rd. for ΒΌ mile to Country Life Nursery at Merryland Farm on the right – use 2nd entrance by following the road around the racetrack.

  1. At junction of U.S. Business One and Bel Air By-Pass U.S. One, turn south onto Harford Road (if from South, a left turn; if from North, a right turn). Continue on Harford Road for approx. 5-1/2 miles.

  3. Turn right onto Williams Rd. for 3/10 mile to 1st right on Bottom Rd.
